This case analyzes the digital impact of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s speech at the 79th UN General Assembly in New York on September 24, 2024. The goal was to understand how different audiences reacted on social media, identify predominant sentiments, and map the main topics discussed. The study was based exclusively on publicly available online data, with no direct connection to the president’s team or related institutions. Through social listening techniques, the analysis highlights not only the reach and polarization of the debate, but also how specific narratives gained traction and shaped perceptions of the speech.

Social Listening - Coffee Brand 2024
Qualitative social listening conducted by analyzing conversations on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter (X) and Amazon, where consumers discussed their experiences with low-acid coffee, especially those with digestive sensitivities and acid reflux. During the process, spontaneous mentions, comments, ratings and personal accounts were collected, focusing on the motivations, emotions and problem points expressed by consumers
